Jamboree Camp 2023

May 26th – May 29th Is our County organised Camp . This will be a fun filled experience for all our sections, with many activities. There will be other scouting groups from all over Greater Manchester.

Booking: Forms to Lucy by email by 2 April 2023. Payment by Bank transfer – see emails for amounts. There are various options for: day pass, 1 night, 2 nights or 3 nights.
Parent Help: Putting up Tents Please look out for emails (or facebook). We will post details of which day the leaders will be putting up the tents (possibly Wed eve or Thurs eve). Help with pitching the tents is much appreciated and many hands make light work. If you are able to take some of the equipment up from the hut on that evening, that is also much appreciated!
Parent Help: Lifts Please help each other and the main organisers by lift sharing if you can. Or if you are feeling hardy, you can even walk up from the Marple side(! but be aware it is a rather uneven steep path).
Parent Help: Taking down tents on the last day: If you are able to stay and help strike tents on the pickup day, that is very much appreciated
Parent Help: Sorting and Drying kit during the next week: Please look out for emails/facebook nearer the time – daytime help, even 1hr – very much appreciated
